Our Contacts lay mainly with European ship Owners / Charterers / Operators and we enjoy a large worldwide network of co-brokers.
Time Chartering, COA, Voyage- and project chartering
Time-chartering is our core competence. We have extensive knowledge of Time Charter Party / Voyage charter party contracts. We work worldwide, however with focus on European trade and ice-classed tonnage. We can also offer our services as dry cargo brokers in Contract of Affreightment and Voyage chartering as well as various project cargoes.
S&P and Newbuildings
We perform Sale and Purchase of second hand tonnage in all segments with main focus on Roro-, Ropax-, Ferry-, Container- and MPP/Coastal Vessels. We are one of the oldest Sale & Purchase / Newbuilding brokers in Finland, and we have performed numerous deals on behalf of our principals, always acting in their best interest. We work in the spirit of "No cure - No pay". In order to fulfill our clients’ diverse demands, we maintain good market knowledge by keeping us regularly updated with current shipping transactions and trends worldwide. Our expertise knowledge and focus lies in ice-classed tonnage.
Valuations & Consultation
We do asset valuations for Ship Owners, Financial institutions and Insurance companies. We constantly follow the shipping market and current shipping transactions and trends worldwide. We are able to produce valuations of separate vessels or for whole fleets to secure our clients’ interests. Our services comprise of the following head topics:
